REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Hygiene Notice: Due to the nature of our product (hygiene/sanitary cleaning tools), items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original heat-sealed packaging. Once the packaging has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for a return or refund due to health and safety regulations.

14-Day Return Window You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Defective Items If your PuraWand™ arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@purawand.shop within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect. We will offer a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for items purchased during a sale or items used for testing. All "Change of Mind" returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
