SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At PuraWand.shop, we work with global suppliers to bring you the best prices and the most innovative cleaning solutions. This means your order is shipped directly from our international warehouses.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please note that "Processing Time" is separate from "Shipping Time."

2. Shipping Estimates Due to high demand and the nature of international shipping, our current estimated delivery times are:

  • USA & Europe: 10-20 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 15-25 business days. Please note: These are estimates only. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or due to customs delays which are outside of our control.

3. Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take 3-7 days for the tracking status to update in the system as the package moves between international sorting centers.

4. Address Accuracy The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed. PuraWand.shop is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes PuraWand.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. However, if your package has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, please contact us at support@purawand.shop and we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
